When our previous clients contacted us about downsizing from their family home in Toowoomba, we were thrilled to provide help. Their new abode was a ground floor apartment, enjoying a generous garden and views of the Brisbane River. As previous clients, we were familiar with most of the furnishings, artwork and decorative pieces they wished to relocate. By renovating the apartment, we made practical changes whilst achieving the timeless aesthetic our client desired. With only northeast facing windows and doors, employing a light colour scheme of white, grey and blue ensured the apartment felt fresh and bright. The kitchen and living areas were reconfigured to flow seamlessly onto the external patio and garden, and bespoke cabinetry was installed to maximise storage. This elegant apartment has a sense of relaxed comfort that complements the owners’ lifestyle and beloved gardens.
